Terms of Service

Version 1, last updated 2026-10-22. Plain English on purpose: if something is unclear, ask us.

1. Who we are

3D Miniforge is run by Sekko Creative Studio SRL (CUI RO28760715), [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Romania. You can reach us at [PRIVACY EMAIL]. "We" and "us" below means this company.

By using 3D Miniforge you agree to these terms and to the way we handle your data in the Privacy Policy.

2. A closed private beta

3D Miniforge is in a closed beta: you can only join with an invite, and you must be at least 18 years old.

  • Things will break, change or disappear. We may pause or end the beta, change features, or reset accounts at any time.
  • Keep your own copy of anything you want to keep, such as the STL files you export.
  • Your account is for you alone. Keep your sign-in email safe and don't share your account.

3. Credits

Paid steps, such as generating images or a 3D model, use credits. During the beta, credits are given to you for trying 3D Miniforge. Credits have no cash value. You can't sell, transfer or exchange them, and they are not refunded when your account or the beta ends. We may change what a step costs; the price shown before you start a step is the one that applies.

4. What you upload

You can upload reference images and write descriptions of your characters. When you do, you promise that:

  • You own the image, or you have permission to use it for this purpose.
  • It does not show a real, recognisable person unless that person has agreed.
  • It does not show anyone under 18.

We check descriptions and uploads automatically. We block sexual content involving minors, hate, self-harm, and explicit sexual content. Fantasy violence and mild or partial nudity, as you find on many tabletop miniatures, are allowed. Sexual content involving minors is reported to the authorities.

You keep the rights to what you upload. You let us store it and send it to the services that make your miniature (listed in the Privacy Policy), only to run 3D Miniforge for you. We don't use your uploads or characters to train AI models, and we don't show them to other users without asking you.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use 3D Miniforge to:

  • break the law, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
  • infringe someone else's rights, for example by selling prints of characters another company owns without its permission;
  • make content our checks block (section 4), or try to get around those checks;
  • get around credits, limits or the invite system, use bots or scripts against the site, or try to break or overload it.

If you do, we may remove the content and suspend or close your account.

6. AI-made results

The poses, images, 3D models and print checks are made by AI models and automated tools. They can be wrong: a model can miss details, look like an existing work, or fail to print. The print check is advice, not a guarantee.

You are responsible for what you print, share or sell. Check every file before you print it, and follow the safety instructions of your printer and resin.

7. Who owns the results

The images, 3D models and STL files made for your characters are yours to use, including commercially, as far as we have any rights in them: we give those rights to you. Be aware that in many countries work made by AI alone may not be protected by copyright, and that someone else may get similar results. The 3D Miniforge name, logo and software stay ours.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using 3D Miniforge at any time. To delete your account and your data, email [PRIVACY EMAIL] from your account's email address. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the beta ends.

9. Our responsibility

The beta is offered as it is, without promises that it works all the time or that results are fit for a purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, failed prints, used materials or lost files. This does not limit any right you have as a consumer that the law does not let us exclude.

10. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we give them a new version number and ask you to accept them again before you create anything new.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law and the law of the European Union. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country.
